T99 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account for the following reasons:

• Creating an account using false information.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Engaging in fraud, deception, or money laundering.
• Exploiting bonuses or taking advantage of system vulnerabilities.
• Being identified as a minor.
• Threatening or harassing other members or staff on the platform.

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any available balance before doing so. Approved balances in closed accounts are generally refunded; however, in cases of fraud, the balance may be forfeited.
